We are seeking Patients currently using Spravato for a 30 day study. WE ARE NOT SELLING ANYTHING THIS IS NOT A CLINICAL TRIAL. We are paying you for your story. Make up to $1,050.00!!! Three phase study that includes a 30-day commitment, including daily participation and two 10-minute video uploads. A few patients will be selected to participate in a follow up 90-minute video interview or 2-hour in-house interview.
At the end of the 30-days we will pay you $450 as a token of our appreciation for your time and participation. Throughout the course of the 30-days we will also select TWO participants at the 2-week mark, who have been the most creative with their responses. These two will be awarded an additional $200 each for their participation. Then, at the end of the 30-days, our team will select one lucky winner for being the most creative throughout the process. This lucky winner will receive an additional $400 prize. This could be you!!

Qualifications
Patient must currently be taking Spravato
Patient must be between the ages of 21-65
Patient must be under the supervision of a medical doctor to help treat/manage their depression.
