We are looking for chronic and terminal patients to participate in a 60 minute phone call paying $150.00 to share their story living with chronic or terminal conditions.

Qualifications

  • Patient must be diagnosed by a physician a chronic or terminal illness
  • Patient must be 18 or older
  • Patient must not be enrolled in a clinical Trial
