We are looking for Adult and Adolescent Alopecia Patients for a online link survey that takes 25 mins and pays $50.00. Age’s 12 years or older / Adult PT’s (18 and older) / Adolescents Parents (ages 12-17)

Adults diagnosed with Alopecia (18+ years old)
Adolescents diagnosed with Alopecia (12-17 years old)
